True to its word, all of the apartment communities that make up Pierce Properties are within walking distance to the University of Arkansas campus, as well as a number of other local business and park areas.

Pierce Properties consists of 14 apartment communities and two houses, all walking distance from the University of Arkansas campus. Of the 14 communities, you can choose from studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and a 1-bedroom house and a 3-bedroom house.
